01Centris: from the office to the dojo, about 30 metres on foot
Do you work at Centris? Our dojo is in the building next door, right beside your offices, about 30 metres away on foot by our estimate. Your offices are at 600 chemin du Golf; we welcome you at 550 chemin du Golf, suite 010, in the basement. No need to get back in the car to come and train.

Pack your bag in the morning and join us after work, on your own or with colleagues. Karate near Centris is an activity a few steps from the office, easy to fit into your week according to the class schedule.
02After the files and the visits, an appointment that belongs to you
Whether you are a broker, an assistant, a coordinator or part of an administrative, sales or marketing team, you spend a large part of your day on other people’s needs. Karate offers you another goal: your own. Learning a movement, improving your coordination, memorizing a sequence and seeing your progress from class to class.
On the mat, you focus on your practice. It is a chance to make a break between the demands of work and your evening, whatever your role and your hours.
03You work on the island. Share its neighbourhood life too.
For real estate professionals on Nuns’ Island, the island is much more than a sector on a map: it is a lively neighbourhood, with its residents, its families and its meeting places. Practising karate at a local dojo means taking time for yourself while taking part in that neighbourhood life. From class to class, you see familiar faces and connections form naturally around a shared activity.
Beyond moving, you strengthen your local roots: you are part of the neighbourhood you show your clients. At the dojo, people come to practise and for the group’s atmosphere; work stays at the door.
04After the screens and the driving, rediscover the pleasure of moving
Hours in front of a computer and time spent driving can leave little room for movement. A karate class brings an active break into your day: the exercises call on coordination, balance, mobility and endurance, and you learn the techniques gradually, guided by the instructors.

Already going to a gym? Karate can complement your routine with the learning of a martial art, progression goals and the dynamics of a group. The gym and karate: what the dojo adds explains what the two do together.
05Alone to start, together to progress
After work, it is sometimes easier to keep a sports appointment when a group is waiting for you. You can come on your own and join the other participants, or invite a colleague to discover the classes with you. You learn, you encourage each other and everyone progresses at their own pace.

It is also a sports activity with colleagues, a chance to share a different moment away from meetings and files. No need to form a team or wait for your employer to organize an activity: you join the adult karate classes already on the schedule, like everyone else.
06Before hitting the road, take some time for yourself
What if you made the most of being on Nuns’ Island to train before heading home?
When your schedule allows, a sport after work, in the evening, can shift your departure past part of rush hour, depending on your route and traffic conditions. Above all, you will have spent that time moving, learning and switching off from work, before heading home with a lighter mind. The schedule shows the adult classes and their hours: choose the ones that suit your week.
07A single trial goes by fast. Take a month to discover karate.
A free month of karate, instead of a single trial class.
We offer a month of karate instead of a single trial class to:
- Centris employees;
- staff of the real estate agencies on Nuns’ Island;
- real estate agents and brokers who work on the island, including independents.
Take the time to discover the dojo’s atmosphere, get familiar with the first movements and see how karate fits into your daily life.
How to get your free month
It is simple: check the schedule, register online for the free trial, then come to the dojo and mention that you work at Centris, at a Nuns’ Island real estate agency or as a broker on the island: your trial will be extended to one month. You can also email or call us before your first visit.
What to wear
No need for a karate uniform (karategi) during the trial period: sportswear is enough, with a bottle of water.
