"I agree to participate in karate classes and any event related to the Alexandre Haché Kyokushin Karaté Inc. karate school (the School) at my own risk, and by this registration I release the School, its directors, volunteers, sponsors, partners and any other affiliated person from all liability for any claim whatsoever relating to any personal injury, death or property damage resulting from my participation in classes or any event related to the School. By registering for classes or any event related to the School, I authorize the School, its directors, volunteers, sponsors, partners and any other affiliated person to use photos taken during classes or events related to the School for promotional purposes."
